Sales Paused. Updates Below.

Due to progressing health concerns, Phoenix has had a difficult time keeping up with day-to-day tasks. Regardless, they are committed to catching up and providing readers the best experience possible.

All new sales have been closed until December 1st while we catch up on orders. You can find updates below to frequently asked questions.

UPDATE (As of Sept 17): Phoenix will be on the west coast for their brother's surgery directly after Books, Gowns, and Crowns and return to the east coast the first week of October. All books on hold for Phoenix's signature will ship directly upon their return. All orders not completed by October 29th will be refunded.

Phoenix is undergoing surgery on the 30th of October and will be unavailable as they recover.

We appreciate your patience during this time.

Updates

  • Love, Violet

We have 4 boxes left that slipped through the cracks. We apologize for the wait and you will receive a bonus piece in your box to compensate for your wait.

These boxes will ship once Phoenix returns from Book, Gowns, and Crowns to sign books.

  • Sun Poisoning Omnibus

Emails went out to all Omnibus orders. At this time, we are waiting on a restock of 30 to cover the damaged copies received. These will arrive soon and Phoenix will sign them once they return from Books, Gowns, and Crowns for shipping.

These are now set to ship in October with bonus book included.

  • Sun Poisoning Split Release

We don't have a date at this time. Phoenix is doing their best to finish the final touches in bringing their vision to life. More on this subject has been posted on Instagram.

  • Pride Boxes

Pride Boxes are completed and will finish shipping in October once keychains arrive. These boxes will include an additional art for the delay.

  • Website Orders

All orders are being packed and shipped as fast as possible. We are down to 15 regular website orders that will be completed by early October upon Phoenix's return.

  • Bury Me Shallow

  • Book Events

Phoenix is currently in San Diego for Books, Gowns, and Crowns! Swing by their table for special editions of The Coven Chronicles and Sun Poisoning.

  • ARCs

At this time, we are putting a soft estimate of September. This will depend on Phoenix's health. Boxes are together besides the version of the books Phoenix would like to send out, so once they approve the design we will send everyone confirmation emails and tracking emails.

    -

Frostbite ARCs are not scheduled at this time.

  • Refunds

If at any time you'd like to cancel your order, please reach out to phoenixkathrynwrites@gmail.com and we will process that request without question.
