Due to progressing health concerns, Phoenix has had a difficult time keeping up with day-to-day tasks. Regardless, they are committed to catching up and providing readers the best experience possible.

All new sales have been closed until September 1st while we catch up on orders. You can find updates below to frequently asked questions.

Updates

  • Love, Violet

    All Love, Violet boxes have finished drying and will begin packing soon. You can expect these shipped by next week.

  • Sun Poisoning Omnibus

    All Omnibus orders are being packed and shipped. We're expecting to be caught up on these orders by mid-August. If you haven't received your order yet, you can expect an extra art incentive as an apology for your extended wait.

  • Sun Poisoning Split Release

    We don't have a date at this time. Phoenix is doing their best to finish the final touches in bringing their vision to life. More on this subject has been posted on Instagram.

  • Pride Boxes

    Pride Box orders and final invoices are being sent out. We are giving everyone until August 10th to pay their invoices. We anticipate this order will head out the door end of the month due to the detail of the box (somewhat like Love, Violet).

  • Website Orders

    All orders are being packed and shipped as fast as possible. We have paused shipping on the Sun Poisoning discrete cover while we wait to receive restock later this week from the printer, but all other orders are being actively fulfilled.

  • Bury Me Shallow

    It doesn't feel right to release a book right now. BMS has been moved to September 10th.

  • Book Events

    Phoenix is trying very hard to be in attendance to Books, Gowns, and Crowns after pulling from Villians and Vixens this past July. This is all dependent on their health and if there are changes that keep us from San Diego, we will notify everyone immediately.

  • ARCs

    At this time, we are putting a soft estimate of September. This will depend on Phoenix's health. Boxes are together besides the version of the books Phoenix would like to send out, so once they approve the design we will send everyone confirmation emails and tracking emails.

    Frostbite ARCs are not scheduled at this time.
